The Get Started Pack

Hot is a mood. Strong is a plan.

Here's 28 days of the plan: three home workouts of about 20 minutes each, the food to go with them, and printables for the fridge. It's made for busy mums who are starting again.

We start together on Monday 23 November, and you'll finish before Christmas.

You don't need another Monday.

How many times have you started again on a Monday? Same. Then a kid gets sick, work goes sideways, the washing multiplies overnight, and by Thursday you've decided you're just "not a routine person".

You are. You've just been handed plans built for someone with two spare hours, a personal chef and no school run.

As a busy mum, I don't need a plan that asks for more. I need one that fits in the gaps: 20 minutes on the lounge room floor, a smoothie I can make while someone's yelling for their shoes, a dinner the kids will actually eat, and a calendar on the fridge I get to cross off.

You can love your family to bits and still want 20 minutes that's just yours. Two things can coexist.

So that's what I made.

Everything you need for 28 days. Nothing you don't.

It all lives in one member area on your phone. Tap, press play, tick.

Follow-along videos

3 follow-along home workouts (about 20 minutes each)

Press play and do it with me. Each workout starts with a 3-minute warm-up, then 3 rounds of 5 moves, then a mobility cool-down. They're bodyweight, with an optional band or dumbbells, and every single move has an easier and a harder option.

  • Workout A: Legs and glutes
  • Workout B: Upper body and posture
  • Workout C: Full body and core

Do A, B and C once a week on any three days that suit you, for 4 weeks.

Every recipe in here is one I created and tested in my own kitchen.

Habits

3 habits, and one of them becomes your 28-day swap

[Habit 1], [Habit 2] and [Habit 3]. Pick one to swap in for an old habit, then practise it for 28 days, one tick a day. Perfection not required.

Your 28-day plan calendar

Every day is mapped out: workout A, B, C or rest, plus your habit ticks and one small thing just for you. Stick it on the fridge and cross it off.

4 weekly trackers

Workouts ticked, rounds or reps, energy 1 to 5, habit ticks and one thing for me. No scales, no tape measure, no progress photos. We're tracking what you do, not what you look like.

28 days, one tick at a time.

Before you start: Watch the welcome video, read the safety page, fill in your goals page and stick the calendar on the fridge.
Week 1

Find your feet.

Do workouts A, B and C on the easier option. Learn the moves and don't rush them. Start your habit swap and try one of the recipes.

Week 2

Find your rhythm.

Same three workouts, same three days. Jot down your rounds or reps so you've got something to look back on. Plan the week's food on the planner and shop once.

Week 3

Back yourself.

Try the harder option on a move or two if you feel like it, or don't. Both count. Keep ticking.

Week 4

Finish what you started.

It's the last week of the plan. On day 28, fill in "Look how far you've come".

Missed a day? Tick the next one. Missed a week? Pick up where you left off. Nobody's marking you.

Is this for you?

It's for you if:

  • You're a busy mum (or just busy) starting again after a baby, a break or a big year
  • You're new to exercise, or you haven't trained in ages and want to ease back in
  • You've got 20 minutes and a bit of floor, not an hour and a gym
  • You want food the whole family will eat, not a separate meal just for you
  • You love a tick box and a fridge calendar

It's not for you if:

  • You want a weight-loss plan, calorie counts or a new body in 28 days (this isn't that)
  • You're an experienced lifter after a five-day gym split
  • You're pregnant, postpartum, injured or managing a health condition and haven't checked with your GP or physio yet. Check first, then come and join us.
Photo: a real, recent photo of Ashy with the kids or in the kitchen

Hi, I'm Ashy.

Ashy to confirm every fact here and rewrite anything that doesn't sound like her.

I'm 37 and a mum of two. I live on the Gold Coast with my husband, our kids and a washing pile that never ends.

I've been in fitness a long time. I've got plenty right, I've got some things wrong, and I've learnt from both. These days I'm not chasing a look. I want to be strong enough to keep up with my kids, move without my back complaining, and still have something left in the tank at 3pm.

When I said I'm not done with fitness coaching, I meant it. The Get Started Pack is the plan I'd want every time I've had to start again: short workouts at home, real food the kids will eat, and a calendar to cross off. And you pay once. That's it.

Everything for A$27.

Good questions

Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?

No. It's one payment of A$27 and nothing renews. There's no trial, no membership and no monthly charge. Add an extra, like the Busy Mum Reset, and that's its own one-off payment too. Nothing you buy here renews. It shows as ASHY BINES on your card statement, so you'll always know what it is.

I haven't exercised in years. Can I do this?

Yes. That's exactly who I made it for. Every move has an easier option and a harder one, and I'll show you both. Start on the easier option in week 1. If you only get through one round, that still counts. Tick it.

I'm pregnant, postpartum, injured or managing a health condition. Is it safe for me?

Please check with your GP or physio before you start. You can show them the workouts in the member area. Every move has an easier option, and stopping is always allowed. This is general information, not medical advice.

What do I need?

A bit of floor, a mat or towel, and your phone. A resistance band or a pair of dumbbells is optional. The food uses normal supermarket ingredients, and the smoothies work with any protein powder. (I use my Happy Way one. Full disclosure: it's my range and I have a commercial interest in it, so yes, I'm biased.)

When do we start, and what if I miss a day?

We start together on Monday 23 November and finish before Christmas. Miss a day? Tick the next one. Perfection not required.

Is this a weight-loss plan?

No. There are no calorie counts, no scales, no tape measures and no before-and-after photos. It's about moving three times a week, high-protein food the whole family will eat, and building a few habits one tick at a time. Everyone's different, so I'd rather you track what you can do than what you weigh.

Let's tick off day 1.

28 days. Three workouts a week of about 20 minutes, real food the kids will eat, and one small thing just for you every day. That's the whole plan.
