What you're buying

Our products are digital: packs of follow-along workout videos, recipes and printables, plus recipe books and guides, delivered online in a member area. Each product page tells you exactly what's included and the total price, which includes GST.

One-off purchases

Products marked "one payment" are charged once, and nothing renews. There's no trial, no membership and no monthly charge, and we'll never charge you again for them. If you add an extra at checkout, or say yes to an offer straight after you pay, that's its own one-off payment, charged to the card you just used, and it doesn't renew either.

Your access

You get access straight after payment, in your member area on your phone or laptop. Printables are yours to keep, and videos stream for at least 12 months. That means:

• Printables, recipe books and anything else you can download are yours to keep for good.
• Videos, and audio like the pep talks, stream in your member area for at least 12 months from the day you buy.
• If we ever stop hosting a product after that, we'll email you at least 30 days before and give you a way to download everything that's yours to keep.

Your licence

Products are for your personal use. Please don't share logins, resell, copy or publish the content. All content is owned by us or used with permission.

Health information

Our products are general information about food and exercise, not medical, dietary or psychological advice. Check with your GP or a qualified health professional before starting, especially if you're pregnant, postpartum, managing a health condition or injury, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop and seek advice if anything feels wrong. Results vary from person to person.

Refunds

Not for you? Email hello@ashybines.com within 14 days of buying for a full refund. That's on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy for the details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our checkout and payment providers. We don't store your full card details. Your purchase shows as ASHY BINES on your card statement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Beyond those rights, we're not responsible for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable.
