What we collect

• Your name and email when you ask for a free download, like the Start Again Kit, or join our email list.
• Your name, email, organisation and message when you send an enquiry.
• Your name, email and order details if you buy from us.
• Your Instagram or Facebook name and messages if you message us, or comment a keyword and we reply by DM.
• Order details. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• How you use the site, through cookies and similar tools (including the Meta pixel) that help us measure and improve our marketing.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, send the emails you asked for, answer your questions and enquiries, improve our products and show relevant ads on Meta platforms. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business, such as our checkout and course platform, payment processor, email platform, DM automation tool and Meta. Some of these store data overseas, including in the United States. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@ashybines.com or writing to 2206 Pty Ltd, 1 Lancelin Drive, Mermaid Waters QLD 4218. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
